When men strive together, a man and his brother, and the wife of the one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who strikes him, and she puts out her hand and seizes him by his private parts,

TT lemma: בִּמְבֻשָׁיו.
אֵין לִי אֶלָּא מְבוּשָׁיו; מִנַּיִן לְרַבּוֹת כָּל דָּבָר שֶׁיֵּשׁ בּוֹ סַכָּנָה? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְהֶחֱזִיקָה – מִכָּל מָקוֹם.
English: I have only his private parts; from where do we include any place that involves danger? Scripture says “and seizes” — in any place.
On the daf / in context: The liability extends beyond the specific organ to any dangerous seizure.
Ribbui extending the liability to any dangerous place.
The law applies to seizing any vulnerable or dangerous part of the body, not only the private parts.
