When men strive together, a man and his brother, and the wife of the one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who strikes him, and she puts out her hand and seizes him by his private parts,

TT lemma: וְהֶחֱזִיקָה.
נָפַל מִן הַגַּג וְהִזִּיק וּבִיֵּשׁ – חַיָּב עַל הַנֶּזֶק וּפָטוּר עַל הַבֹּשֶׁת, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וְשָׁלְחָה יָדָהּ וְהֶחֱזִיקָה – אֵינוֹ חַיָּב עַל הַבֹּשֶׁת עַד שֶׁיְּהֵא מִתְכַּוֵּן.
English: One who fell from a roof and caused damage and embarrassment is liable for the damage and exempt from the embarrassment, for it is said “and she puts out her hand and seizes” — he is not liable for embarrassment unless he intends.
On the daf / in context: Without intentional action, there is no liability for boshet.
