When men strive together, a man and his brother, and the wife of the one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who strikes him, and she puts out her hand and seizes him by his private parts,
Torah Temimah points to Bava Kamma / Yerushalmi.
TT lemma: וְהֶחֱזִיקָה.
מִמַּשְׁמַע שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וְשָׁלְחָה יָדָהּ אֵינִי יוֹדֵעַ שֶׁהֶחֱזִיקָה? מַה תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְהֶחֱזִיקָה – לוֹמַר לְךָ, כֵּיוָן שֶׁנִּתְכַּוֵּן לְהַזִּיק אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁלֹּא נִתְכַּוֵּן לְבַיֵּשׁ חַיָּב.
English: From the implication of “and she puts out her hand” do I not know that she seized? Why does Scripture say “and seizes”? To tell you that once he intended to cause damage, even if he did not intend to embarrass, he is liable.
On the daf / in context: Intent to damage is sufficient to create liability for embarrassment as well.

Liability for embarrassment arises even when the intent was only to damage, not specifically to embarrass.
