When men strive together, a man and his brother, and the wife of the one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who strikes him, and she puts out her hand and seizes him by his private parts,

TT lemma: וְשָׁלְחָה יָדָהּ.
וְשָׁלְחָה יָדָהּ – פְּרָט לִשְׁלִיחַ בֵּית דִּין.
English: “And she puts out her hand” — excluding an agent of the court.
On the daf / in context: An agent of the court who embarrasses a litigant in the course of his duty is not liable under this law.
Mi’ut excluding a court agent.
A court agent who causes embarrassment while performing his duty is exempt from the liability of this verse.
