When men strive together, a man and his brother, and the wife of the one draws near to rescue her husband from the hand of him who strikes him, and she puts out her hand and seizes him by his private parts,

TT lemma: אִישׁ וְאָחִיו.
אִישׁ וְאָחִיו – לְרַבּוֹת עֲבָדִים שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָהֶם בֹּשֶׁת; מַאי טַעְמָא? אָחִיו הוּא בַּמִּצְוֹת.
English: “A man and his brother” — this includes slaves, who have a claim for embarrassment; why? Because he is a “brother” in the commandments.
On the daf / in context: Slaves who are obligated in commandments are treated as having a dignity interest protected by the law of boshet.
