כִּ֚י יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם הַהֹלֵ֖ךְ עִמָּכֶ֑ם לְהִלָּחֵ֥ם לָכֶ֛ם עִם־אֹיְבֵיכֶ֖ם לְהוֹשִׁ֥יעַ אֶתְכֶֽם׃

For the Eternal your God is the One who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

Torah Temimah points to Sotah 42b.

TT lemma: כִּי ה׳ אֱלֹהֵיכֶם הַהֹלֵךְ עִמָּכֶם.

כִּי ה׳ אֱלֹהֵיכֶם הַהֹלֵךְ עִמָּכֶם – זֶה מַחֲנֵה הָאָרוֹן.

English: ‘For the Eternal your God is the One who goes with you’ – this is the camp of the Ark.
