הַעֲנֵ֤יק תַּעֲנִיק֙ ל֔וֹ מִצֹּ֣אנְךָ֔ וּמִֽגׇּרְנְךָ֖ וּמִיִּקְבֶ֑ךָ אֲשֶׁר֙ בֵּרַכְךָ֣ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ תִּתֶּן־לֽוֹ׃

You shall surely furnish him liberally from your flock and from your threshing floor and from your winepress; of that with which Hashem your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.

מִצֹּאנְךָ וּמִגׇּרְנְךָ וּמִיִּקְבֶךָ – מְלַמֵּד שֶׁאֵין מַעֲנִיקִין לוֹ מִן הַמִּטַּלְטְלִין אֶלָּא מִן הַמְּחֻבָּר לַקַּרְקַע.

English: "From your flock and from your threshing floor and from your winepress" — this teaches that one furnishes him only from things attached to the ground, not from movable property alone.
