הַעֲנֵ֤יק תַּעֲנִיק֙ ל֔וֹ מִצֹּ֣אנְךָ֔ וּמִֽגׇּרְנְךָ֖ וּמִיִּקְבֶ֑ךָ אֲשֶׁר֙ בֵּרַכְךָ֣ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ תִּתֶּן־לֽוֹ׃
You shall surely furnish him liberally from your flock and from your threshing floor and from your winepress; of that with which Hashem your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.

אֲשֶׁר בֵּרַכְךָ ה' אֱלֹהֶיךָ – הַכֹּל לְפִי בְּרָכָה תֵּן לוֹ.
English: "With which Hashem your God has blessed you" — give him according to the blessing.
On the daf / in context: The size of the grant is calibrated to the prosperity the master enjoyed during the years of service.

Derash on the verse (Kiddushin) — the grant is proportional to the blessing received.
What Is Learned
The amount of the parting grant is determined by the degree of blessing the master received while the slave served him.
