מִקֵּץ שֶׁבַע שָׁנִים – מְלַמֵּד שֶׁאֵין הַשְּׁבִיעִית מְשַׁמֶּטֶת אֶלָּא בְּסוֹפָהּ.

English: "At the end of seven years" — this teaches that the seventh year cancels debts only at its conclusion.
