וְנָתַתָּ֖ה בַּכָּ֑סֶף וְצַרְתָּ֤ הַכֶּ֙סֶף֙ בְּיָ֣דְךָ֔ וְהָֽלַכְתָּ֙ אֶל־הַמָּק֔וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִבְחַ֛ר יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ בּֽוֹ׃

Then you shall turn it into money, and bind up the money in your hand, and go to the place that Hashem your God shall choose.

וְצַרְתָּ – וְצַרְתָּ לְרַבּוֹת כׇּל דָּבָר שֶׁיֵּשׁ עָלָיו צוּרָה, מִכָּאן לְמַעֲשֵׂר שֵׁנִי שֶׁאֵין מִתְחַלֵּל עַל הָאַסִּימוֹן.

English: "And you shall bind up" — "and you shall bind up" includes any object that bears a form; from here we learn that ma’aser sheni may not be redeemed upon an unstamped blank (asimon).

On the daf / in context: Only a coin that carries an imprint (or writing) may be used for the redemption of ma’aser sheni.
