וְאָכַלְתָּ֞ לִפְנֵ֣י ׀ יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ בַּמָּק֣וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַר֮ לְשַׁכֵּ֣ן שְׁמ֣וֹ שָׁם֒ מַעְשַׂ֤ר דְּגָֽנְךָ֙ תִּֽירֹֽשְׁךָ֣ וְיִצְהָרֶ֔ךָ וּבְכֹרֹ֥ת בְּקָרְךָ֖ וְצֹאנֶ֑ךָ לְמַ֣עַן תִּלְמַ֗ד לְיִרְאָ֛ה אֶת־יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ כׇּל־הַיָּמִֽים׃

And you shall eat before Hashem your God, in the place that He will choose to make His Name dwell there, the tithe of your grain, of your wine and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock, in order that you may learn to fear Hashem your God all the days.

כׇּל הַיָּמִים – אֵלּוּ שַׁבָּתוֹת וְיָמִים טוֹבִים.

English: "All the days" — these are Shabbosos and Yomim Tovim.

On the daf / in context: The phrase is taken to include the possibility of separating ma’aser on the eve of Shabbos for produce that will be eaten on Shabbos itself.
