רַ֣ק חֲזַ֗ק לְבִלְתִּי֙ אֲכֹ֣ל הַדָּ֔ם כִּ֥י הַדָּ֖ם ה֣וּא הַנָּ֑פֶשׁ וְלֹא־תֹאכַ֥ל הַנֶּ֖פֶשׁ עִם־הַבָּשָֽׂר׃

Only be strong not to eat the blood, for the blood is the life, and you shall not eat the life with the flesh.

וְלֹא תֹאכַל וגו׳ – אָמַר רַב, אֵבֶר מִן הַחַי צָרִיךְ כַּזַּיִת לְחַיֵּב עָלָיו, מַאי טַעְמָא, וְלֹא תֹאכַל כְּתִיב בֵּיהּ, וַאֲכִילָה בִּכְזַיִת.

English: “And you shall not eat…” — Rav said: A limb from a living animal requires a kezayit in order to incur liability for it. What is the reason? “And you shall not eat” is written concerning it, and eating is [defined as] a kezayit.

On the daf / in context: The standard measure for the prohibition of ever min ha-chai is the same as for other eating prohibitions — a kezayit.
