And you shall bring there your burnt-offerings and your sacrifices, and your tithes and the contribution of your hand, and your vows and your freewill-offerings, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock.
Torah Temimah points to Sifrei.
English: “Your burnt-offerings and your sacrifices” — “Your burnt-offerings” means the burnt-offering of an individual and the burnt-offering of the community; “your sacrifices” means the peace-offerings of an individual and the peace-offerings of the community.
Derash on the verse (Sifrei) — specifying the range of olot and zevachim.
Both individual and communal burnt-offerings and peace-offerings are included in the obligation to bring them to the chosen place.
