כִּ֠י אִֽם־אֶל־הַמָּק֞וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֨ר יְהֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙ מִכָּל־שִׁבְטֵיכֶ֔ם לָשׂ֥וּם אֶת־שְׁמ֖וֹ שָׁ֑ם לְשִׁכְנ֥וֹ תִדְרְשׁ֖וּ וּבָ֥אתָ שָֽׁמָּה׃

But only to the place that Hashem your God will choose from all your tribes to place His Name there; you shall seek His dwelling and come there.

וּבָאתָ שָׁמָּה – תָּנוּ רַבָּנָן, חַיָּבֵי דָּמִים וַעֲרָכִין וַחֲרָמִים וְהֶקְדֵּשׁוֹת, חַטָּאוֹת וַאֲשָׁמוֹת עוֹלוֹת וּשְׁלָמִים, צְדָקוֹת וּמַעַשְׂרוֹת, בְּכוֹר וּפֶסַח, לֶקֶט שִׁכְחָה וּפֵאָה – מִצְוָה לְהָבִיא בָּרֶגֶל שֶׁפָּגַע תְּחִלָּה, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וּבָאתָ שָׁמָּה וְהֵבֵאתֶם שָׁמָּה.

English: “And come there” — The Sages taught: Those obligated for valuations, dedications, consecrations, sin-offerings, guilt-offerings, burnt-offerings, peace-offerings, charity, tithes, the firstborn, the pesach, leket, shikhechah and peah — it is a mitzvah to bring them on the first festival that occurs, as it is stated “and come there and you shall bring there.”
