כִּ֠י אִֽם־אֶל־הַמָּק֞וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֨ר יְהֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙ מִכָּל־שִׁבְטֵיכֶ֔ם לָשׂ֥וּם אֶת־שְׁמ֖וֹ שָׁ֑ם לְשִׁכְנ֥וֹ תִדְרְשׁ֖וּ וּבָ֥אתָ שָֽׁמָּה׃

But only to the place that Hashem your God will choose from all your tribes to place His Name there; you shall seek His dwelling and come there.

וּבָאתָ שָׁמָּה – תַּנְיָא, מוּכֵּי שְׁחִין וּפוֹלִיפָּסִין פְּטוּרִין מֵרְאִיָּה בָּעֲזָרָה, דִּכְתִיב וּבָאתָ שָׁמָּה וְהֵבֵאתֶם שָׁמָּה.

English: “And come there” — It was taught: Those afflicted with boils and those with polyps are exempt from the appearance obligation in the azarah, as it is written “and come there and you shall bring there.”

On the daf / in context: Physical conditions that render a person unfit or unable to enter the azarah exempt him from the mitzvah of re’iyah, by the same linkage of coming and bringing.
