English: “And come there” — The Sages taught: One who is tamei is exempt from the appearance obligation in the azarah, as it is written “and come there and you shall bring there” — whoever is included in the coming is included in the bringing, and whoever is not included in the coming is not included in the bringing.
On the daf / in context: The linkage of personal presence (“come”) with the bringing of offerings exempts one who cannot enter the azarah (because of impurity) from the mitzvah of re’iyah.
