Core Text

English: A non-Jew has no [such] impurity, as it is written “and the pure shall sprinkle upon the unclean” — whoever has purity has impurity, and whoever has no purity has no impurity.

Type of Learning

Linkage of purity and impurity categories.

What Is Learned

The sprinkling rite addresses Israelite impurity; one outside that purity system is not in this tumah framework.
