TT lemma: חֲלוּץ הַנָּעַל.
חֲלוּץ הַנָּעַל – וְלֹא חֲלוּצַת הַנָּעַל; מִכָּאן שֶׁאֵין קוֹרִין אֶת הָאִשָּׁה בְּשֵׁם זֶה.
English: “Him who had his shoe drawn off” — and not “her who had the shoe drawn off”; from here that the woman is not called by this name.
On the daf / in context: The public stigma (or designation) attaches to the man, not to the woman.
Mi’ut excluding the woman from the designation.
Only the man is publicly designated by the title related to the shoe; the woman is not.
