Then his yevamah shall approach him in the presence of the elders, and draw his shoe off his foot, and spit in his face, and respond and say: “Thus shall be done to the man who will not build up his brother’s house.”

TT lemma: וְחָלְצָה נַעֲלוֹ.
תָּנוּ רַבָּנַן: נַעֲלוֹ – אֵין לִי אֶלָּא נַעֲלוֹ; נַעַל שֶׁל כָּל אָדָם מִנַּיִן? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר נַעַל נַעַל – מִכָּל מָקוֹם.
English: Our Rabbis taught: “His shoe” — I have only his own shoe; from where do we know that the shoe of any man (may be used)? Scripture says “shoe, shoe” — from any source.
On the daf / in context: The doubled language allows the use of a shoe that does not belong to the yavam.
