לֹא־יַחֲבֹ֥ל רֵחַ֖יִם וָרָ֑כֶב כִּי־נֶ֖פֶשׁ ה֥וּא חֹבֵֽל׃
No one shall take the mill or the upper millstone as a pledge, for he takes a man’s life as a pledge.

לֹא יַחֲבֹל רֵחַיִם וָרָכֶב – אִסּוּר מִשְׁכּוֹן כְּלֵי אֹכֶל.
English: “No one shall take the mill or the upper millstone as a pledge” — a prohibition of taking essential food-preparation tools as a pledge.
