לֹא־תִרְאֶה אֶת־חֲמוֹר אָחִיךָ אוֹ שׁוֹרוֹ נֹפְלִים בַּדֶּרֶךְ וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ מֵהֶם הָקֵם תָּקִים עִמּוֹ׃
You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen on the road and hide yourself from them; you shall surely help him lift them up.

וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ מֵהֶם – פְּעָמִים שֶׁאַתָּה מִתְעַלֵּם וּפְעָמִים שֶׁאִי אַתָּה מִתְעַלֵּם.
English: “And hide yourself from them” — there are times when you may hide yourself and times when you may not hide yourself.
On the daf / in context: As with lost property, a person of elevated status may be exempt when assistance would involve undignified labor.
