לֹא־תִרְאֶה אֶת־חֲמוֹר אָחִיךָ אוֹ שׁוֹרוֹ נֹפְלִים בַּדֶּרֶךְ וְהִתְעַלַּמְתָּ מֵהֶם הָקֵם תָּקִים עִמּוֹ׃
You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen on the road and hide yourself from them; you shall surely help him lift them up.

Core Text
הָקֵם תָּקִים עִמּוֹ – מִכָּאן שֶׁאִם יֵשׁ בּוֹ סַכָּנָה חַיָּב לְטַפֵּל בּוֹ.
English: “You shall surely help him lift them up” — from here [we learn] that if there is danger involved, one is obligated to attend to it.
