English: “If a man has a son” — Rav Nachman bar Yitzchak said: a tumtum who is later opened and found to be male is not judged as a wayward and rebellious son, for the verse says “if a man has a wayward and rebellious son” — he must be a son from the moment of existence (birth).
On the daf / in context: Parallel to the inheritance ruling, the child must be known as a male at birth. A later determination of sex does not bring him under the law of the ben sorer u-moreh.
