And the kohanim, the sons of Levi, shall approach, for them the Eternal your God has chosen to serve Him and to bless in the name of the Eternal, and according to their word shall be every dispute and every plague.

TT lemma: וּלְבָרֵךְ בְּשֵׁם ה׳.
English: ‘And to bless in the name of the Eternal’ – the priestly blessing.
Derash linking to the priestly blessing (Bavli) — the same kohanim who bless the people stand at this rite.
The kohanim who are present are those who are qualified to bless the people in the name of Hashem.
