For anyone who does these is an abomination of the Eternal, and because of these abominations the Eternal your God is dispossessing them from before you.

Lemma: וּבִגְלַל הַתּוֹעֵבֹת הָאֵלֶּה.
English: ‘And because of these abominations the Eternal your God is dispossessing them’ – because of their iniquity.
Derash on the cause of the expulsion (Sifrei) — the land is taken from them on account of these very abominations.
Hashem is driving out the nations of the Land because of the abominable practices listed; the same practices are therefore forbidden to Yisrael.
