Sefaria — Sifrei Devarim 172 / Sanhedrin
English: ‘For anyone who does these is an abomination of the Eternal’ – these are those who occupy themselves with sorcery and divination.
Derash identifying the practitioners (Sifrei) — the abomination attaches to the doers of the listed arts.
Anyone who practices the forms of divination and sorcery enumerated in the preceding verses is declared an abomination of Hashem.
