The kohanim, the Leviim, the entire tribe of Levi, shall have no portion or inheritance with Yisrael; they shall eat the fire-offerings of the Eternal and His inheritance.
Torah Temimah points to Sifrei Devarim 163.
TT lemma: כׇּל שֵׁבֶט לֵוִי.
English: ‘The entire tribe of Levi’ – to include the Leviim together with the kohanim.
Derash including the whole tribe (Sifrei) — both kohanim and ordinary Leviim are covered by the exclusion from land.
Both the kohanim and the rest of the tribe of Levi are barred from ordinary territorial inheritance in the Land.
