וְכִֽי־יִהְיֶ֨ה ב֜וֹ מ֗וּם פִּסֵּ֙חַ֙ א֣וֹ עִוֵּ֔ר כֹּ֖ל מ֣וּם רָ֑ע לֹ֣א תִזְבָּחֶ֔נּוּ לַיהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

And if there be any blemish in it, lameness or blindness, any serious blemish, you shall not sacrifice it to Hashem your God.

כׇּל מוּם רָע – תַּנְיָא, מִנַּיִן לְבַעַל גָּרָב וּבַעַל יַבֶּלֶת וּבַעַל חֲזָזִית וְזָקֵן וְחוֹלֶה וּמְזֻהָם, תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר כׇּל מוּם רָע.

English: "Any serious blemish" — It was taught: From where do we include an animal with mange, a wart, eczema, an aged animal, a sick animal, and a foul-smelling animal? From the verse "any serious blemish."
