וְכִֽי־יִהְיֶ֨ה ב֜וֹ מ֗וּם פִּסֵּ֙חַ֙ א֣וֹ עִוֵּ֔ר כֹּ֖ל מ֣וּם רָ֑ע לֹ֣א תִזְבָּחֶ֔נּוּ לַיהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

And if there be any blemish in it, lameness or blindness, any serious blemish, you shall not sacrifice it to Hashem your God.

כׇּל מוּם רָע – כׇּל רִבּוּיָא הוּא, לְרַבּוֹת אֲפִלּוּ נִפְגְּמָה אָזְנוֹ מִן הַחַסְחוּס.

English: "Any serious blemish" — the word "any" is inclusive, to include even if its ear was nicked in the cartilage.

On the daf / in context: Even a minor defect in the cartilage of the ear disqualifies a firstborn from the altar.
