וְזֶה֮ דְּבַ֣ר הַשְּׁמִטָּה֒ שָׁמ֗וֹט כׇּל־בַּ֙עַל֙ מַשֵּׁ֣ה יָד֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יַשֶּׁ֖ה בְּרֵעֵ֑הוּ לֹֽא־יִגֹּ֤שׂ אֶת־רֵעֵ֙הוּ֙ וְאֶת־אָחִ֔יו כִּֽי־קָרָ֥א שְׁמִטָּ֖ה לַיהֹוָֽה׃
And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release that which he has lent to his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor and his brother, because the release of Hashem has been proclaimed.

אֲשֶׁר יַשֶּׁה – לְרַבּוֹת שְׂכַר שָׂכִיר וְהַקָּפַת הַחֲנוּת, וְהָנֵי מִילֵּי שֶׁזְּקָפָן עָלָיו בְּמִלְוֶה.
English: "That which he has lent" — to include a laborer’s wage and a storekeeper’s credit, provided they have been converted into a formal loan.
On the daf / in context: Ordinary wages and shop credit become subject to shemittah only after they have been formalized as a debt.
