עַשֵּׂ֣ר תְּעַשֵּׂ֔ר אֵ֖ת כׇּל־תְּבוּאַ֣ת זַרְעֶ֑ךָ הַיֹּצֵ֥א הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה שָׁנָ֥ה שָׁנָֽה׃
You shall surely tithe all the produce of your seed that comes forth from the field year by year.

זַרְעֶךָ – דָּבָר שֶׁהוּא נִזְרָע וּמַצְמִיחַ, יָצְאוּ כְּמֵהִין וּפִטְרִיּוֹת.
English: “Your seed” — something that is sown and grows; this excludes mushrooms and truffles.
On the daf / in context: Mushrooms and truffles, which do not grow from seed planted in the ground in the ordinary way, are exempt from ma’aser.
