כׇּל צִפּוֹר טְהֹרָה – טְהוֹרָה מִכְּלָל דְּאִיכָּא אֲסוּרָה, וְאֵיזוֹ הִיא, זוֹ הַשְּׁחוּטָה שֶׁבִּמְצֹרָע.
English: “Every clean bird” — “clean” implies that there exists one that is forbidden; and which is that? The slaughtered bird of the metzora.
On the daf / in context: By contrast with the sent-away bird, the bird that is slaughtered in the metzora ritual is forbidden for ordinary eating.
