כׇּל צִפּוֹר טְהֹרָה – לְרַבּוֹת אֶת הַמְשֻׁלַּחַת מִצִּפֳּרֵי מְצֹרָע.

English: “Every clean bird” — to include the bird that is sent away among the birds of a metzora.

On the daf / in context: The language “every clean bird you may eat” indicates that even the live bird released in the purification of a metzora remains permitted for ordinary consumption.
