TT #108 · Parashas Reeh · Second Aliyah · Passuk 12:27
And you shall offer your burnt-offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of Hashem your God; and the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on the altar of Hashem your God, and the flesh you shall eat.
Torah Temimah points to Sifrei / Yerushalmi Pesachim.
English: “And the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out” — It was taught: “Shall be poured out” — not dripped, not sprinkled, not dashed.
Derash on the verse (Sifrei / Yerushalmi) — the precise manner of blood application.
The blood of these sacrifices must be poured; dripping, sprinkling, or dashing does not fulfill the requirement.
