וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ עֹלֹתֶ֙יךָ֙ הַבָּשָׂ֣ר וְהַדָּ֔ם עַל־מִזְבַּ֖ח יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ וְדַם־זְבָחֶ֗יךָ יִשָּׁפֵךְ֙ עַל־מִזְבַּ֣ח יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ וְהַבָּשָׂ֖ר תֹּאכֵֽל׃

And you shall offer your burnt-offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of Hashem your God; and the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on the altar of Hashem your God, and the flesh you shall eat.

וְדַם זְבָחֶיךָ יִשָּׁפֵךְ – תַּנְיָא, יִשָּׁפֵךְ, לֹא יַטִּיף לֹא יַזֶּה לֹא יִזְרֹק.

English: “And the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out” — It was taught: “Shall be poured out” — not dripped, not sprinkled, not dashed.
