English: “There you shall offer and there you shall do” — One who slaughters and sprinkles sacrificial blood outside is liable only once, for the verse says “and there you shall do” — Scripture made them all one service. But one who sprinkles and offers up is liable for two, for that is why the verse separated them: “there you shall offer and there you shall do.”
