אִישׁ֩ כִּֽי־יִדֹּ֨ר נֶ֜דֶר לַֽיהֹוָ֗ה אֽוֹ־הִשָּׁ֤בַע שְׁבֻעָה֙ לֶאְסֹ֤ר אִסָּר֙ עַל־נַפְשׁ֔וֹ לֹ֥א יַחֵ֖ל דְּבָר֑וֹ כְּכׇל־הַיֹּצֵ֥א מִפִּ֖יו יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃

נֶדֶר לַה׳. מְלַמֵּד שֶׁהַנְּדָרִים חָלִין אֲפִלּוּ לְבַטֵּל אֶת הַמִּצְוָה; כֵּיצַד? אָמַר קוֹנָם סוּכָּה שֶׁאֲנִי עוֹשֶׂה, לוּלָב שֶׁאֲנִי נוֹטֵל, תְּפִלִּין שֶׁאֲנִי מֵנִיחַ — אָסוּר בָּהֶן. (נְדָרִים ט״ז ב׳)
