זֶה הַדָּבָר וְגוֹ׳. תַּנְיָא, יָכוֹל יִפְתְּחוּ לְאָדָם בִּכְבוֹד הַמָּקוֹם, תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר זֶה הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה ה׳ — תָּלָה הַכָּתוּב שֶׁיַּתִּירוּ נְדָרִים, וְאִם אַתָּה אוֹמֵר כֵּן נִמְצֵאתָ עוֹקֵר פָּרָשַׁת נְדָרִים מִן הַתּוֹרָה. (יְרוּשַׁלְמִי נְדָרִים פ״ט ה״א)
