א֤וֹ לָאַ֙יִל֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה מִנְחָ֔ה סֹ֖לֶת שְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֑ים בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן שְׁלִשִׁ֥ית הַהִֽין׃
Or for a ram you shall prepare a meal offering…

רַבִּי יוֹחָנָן אוֹמֵר: ״אוֹ לָאַיִל״ — לְרַבּוֹת אֶת הַפַּלְגָּס לִנְסָכִים, וְאַף עַל פִּי שֶׁאֵינוֹ עוֹלֶה לוֹ מִזִּבְחוֹ.
English: R’ Yochanan says: “Or for a ram” — to include the palgas for nesachim, even though it does not count for him as his sacrifice.
