א֤וֹ לָאַ֙יִל֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה מִנְחָ֔ה סֹ֖לֶת שְׁנֵ֣י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֑ים בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן שְׁלִשִׁ֥ית הַהִֽין׃

Or for a ram you shall prepare a meal offering, two tenths of fine flour mixed with a third of a hin of oil.

Torah Temimah: Rav Sheshes — include Aharon’s ram of Yom Kippur for nesachim.

אָמַר רַב שֵׁשֶׁת: ״אוֹ לָאַיִל״ — לְרַבּוֹת אֵילוֹ שֶׁל אַהֲרֹן.

English: Rav Sheshes said: “Or for a ram” — to include Aharon’s ram.

Inclusion of the Yom Kippur ram.

Aharon’s ram requires nesachim even among the special service of the day.
