אֵ֣לֶּה הַמִּצְוֺ֗ת אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֧ה יְהֹוָ֛ה אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בְּהַ֖ר סִינָֽי׃

“אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה ה׳ אֶת מֹשֶׁה” — כְּדַאי הַשָּׁלִיחַ לְשׁוֹלְחוֹ; “אֶת מֹשֶׁה אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל” — כְּדַאי הַשָּׁלִיחַ לְמִי שֶׁנִּשְׁתַּלַּח אֶצְלוֹ; “אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל” — זְכוּת יִשְׂרָאֵל גָּרְמָה.

English: The messenger is worthy of the One who sent him; worthy of those to whom he was sent; the merit of Israel caused it.
