וְנָתַתִּ֥י מִשְׁכָּנִ֖י בְּתוֹכְכֶ֑ם וְלֹֽא־תִגְעַ֥ל נַפְשִׁ֖י אֶתְכֶֽם׃

Torah Temimah cites Eruvin 2a: the Mikdash is also called Mishkan.

תַּנְיָא: מִנַּיִן שֶׁמִּקְדָּשׁ אִקְּרֵי מִשְׁכָּן? דִּכְתִיב “וְנָתַתִּי מִשְׁכָּנִי בְּתוֹכְכֶם.”

English: From where do we know that the Mikdash is called Mishkan? As it is written, “I will set My dwelling among you.”

Terminological / legal equivalence derasha.

Because this promise is given after the Mishkan already stood, “My dwelling” refers to the future Mikdash. The terms share kedushah laws.
