בְּיוֹם הַכִּפֻּרִים. בַּיּוֹם — וְלֹא בַּלַּיְלָה, בְּיוֹם הַכִּפֻּרִים — וַאֲפִלּוּ בְּשַׁבָּת.
English: “On the Day of Atonement.” By day — and not by night; on the Day of Atonement — and even on Shabbos.
