וְאִישׁ כִּי יַכֶּה – יָכוֹל אֲפִלּוּ סְטָרוֹ? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר מַכֵּה אִישׁ וָמֵת מוֹת יוּמָת; מַגִּיד שֶׁאֵינוֹ חַיָּב עַד שֶׁתֵּצֵא נַפְשׁוֹ.
