בְּנָקְבוֹ שֵׁם – הַמְקַלֵּל אָבִיו וְאִמּוֹ בְּכִנּוּיִים: רַבִּי מֵאִיר מְחַיֵּב וַחֲכָמִים פּוֹטְרִין; שֵׁם – לִמֵּד עַל מְקַלֵּל אָבִיו וְאִמּוֹ שֶׁאֵינוֹ חַיָּב עַד שֶׁיְּקַלְּלֵם בַּשֵּׁם. (סַנְהֶדְרִין ס״ו א׳)
