אוֹתוֹ וְאֶת בְּנוֹ. תָּנוּ רַבָּנַן, יָכוֹל אֵינוֹ חַיָּיב מִשּׁוּם אוֹתוֹ וְאֶת בְּנוֹ עַד דְּשָׁחֵיט שׁוֹר וּבְנוֹ שֶׂה וּבְנוֹ, תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר אוֹתוֹ וְאֶת בְּנוֹ, אַף עַל פִּי דְּלֹא שָׁחֵיט שׁוֹר וְשֶׂה וּבְנוֹ. (חוּלִּין ע״ח ב׳)
