אִשָּׁ֨ה זֹנָ֤ה וַחֲלָלָה֙ לֹ֣א יִקָּ֔חוּ וְאִשָּׁ֛ה גְּרוּשָׁ֥ה מֵאִישָׁ֖הּ לֹ֣א יִקָּ֑חוּ כִּֽי־קָדֹ֥שׁ ה֖וּא לֵאלֹהָֽיו׃

גְּרוּשָׁה מֵאִישָׁהּ. הֲרֵי שֶׁאָמְרוּ לָהּ מֵת בַּעְלֵךְ וְנִתְקַדְּשָׁה וְאַחַר כָּךְ בָּא בַּעְלָהּ אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁנָּתַן לָהּ הָאַחֲרוֹן גֵּט, לֹא פְּסָלָהּ מִן הַכְּהוּנָּה, דִּכְתִיב וְאִשָּׁה גְּרוּשָׁה מֵאִישָׁהּ, מֵאִישָׁהּ וְלֹא מֵאִישׁ שֶׁאֵינוֹ אִישָׁהּ. (יבמות צ"ב א')
