אִשָּׁ֨ה זֹנָ֤ה וַחֲלָלָה֙ לֹ֣א יִקָּ֔חוּ וְאִשָּׁ֛ה גְּרוּשָׁ֥ה מֵאִישָׁ֖הּ לֹ֣א יִקָּ֑חוּ כִּֽי־קָדֹ֥שׁ ה֖וּא לֵאלֹהָֽיו׃

גְּרוּשָׁה מֵאִישָׁהּ. נָתַן לָהּ גֵּט וְאָמַר לָהּ הֲרֵי אַתְּ מְגֹרֶשֶׁת מִמֶּנִּי וְאִי אַתְּ מֻתֶּרֶת לְכָל אָדָם נִפְסְלָה לַכְּהוּנָּה, דִּכְתִיב וְאִשָּׁה גְּרוּשָׁה מֵאִישָׁהּ אֲפִילּוּ לֹא נִתְגָּרְשָׁה אֶלָּא מֵאִישָׁהּ לֹא יִקָּחוּ. (יבמות נ"ב א')
