וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֤ם אֶת־חֻקֹּתַי֙ וְאֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַ֔י אֲשֶׁ֨ר יַעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָ֛ם הָאָדָ֖ם וָחַ֣י בָּהֶ֑ם אֲנִ֖י יְהֹוָֽה׃

אשר יעשה אותם האדם וחי בהם — סמוך לאיש איש אל כל שאר בשרו לא תקרבו: מלמד שבל היושב ולא עבר עבירה נותנין לו שכר כעושה מצוה.

English: Juxtaposed to the arayot prohibitions — one who sits and does not transgress receives reward as one who performs a mitzvah.
