וְכִפֶּר֙ אֶת־מִקְדַּ֣שׁ הַקֹּ֔דֶשׁ וְאֶת־אֹ֧הֶל מוֹעֵ֛ד וְאֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ יְכַפֵּ֑ר וְעַ֧ל הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים וְעַל־כָּל־עַ֥ם הַקָּהָ֖ל יְכַפֵּֽר׃

וכפר את מקדש הקודש — זה לפני ולפנים; אהל מועד — זה היכל; מזבח כמשמעו; יכפר — אלו עזרות; הכהנים כמשמען; עם הקהל — אלו ישראל; יכפר — אלו הלוים — השוו כולן לכפרה אחת, מלמד שכולן מתכפרין בשעיר המשתלח.
English: The verse enumerates the zones and classes that receive kapparah; all are equalized so that the dispatched goat atones for all of them.
