Core Text of Chazal

Core Text

English: “And you shall separate …” — it was taught: If he was intimate with a pure woman and she said to him “I have become impure,” from where [do we know] that he should not withdraw immediately? Scripture teaches “And you shall separate the children of Israel from their impurity.”

Type of Learning

Non-abrupt withdrawal

What Is Learned

Chazal again require careful, non-sudden withdrawal when impurity becomes known during relations — a theme already seen at 15:24.
